However, we will normally collect information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests. We rely on our legitimate interests to analyze, improve and optimize our sites, products and services, and to maintain the security of our networks and systems; We base the processing of your data on our legitimate interests in operating and administering our websites and to provide you with the content you access and request; we process your personal information by monitoring the use of our websites/services, verifying accounts and activity, and analyzing suspicious activity fraud prevention, to the extent this is necessary for our legitimate interest in promoting the safety and security of the technology systems use for our services, and in protecting our rights and the rights of others.
What calls for special attention is that the separate device information or service log information cannot be used to identify a particular natural person. 1.1 Circumstances which require you to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
To provide our services to you, we will ask you to provide the necessary personal information. If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.
1.1.1 When you register an account and log in to WonderFree, you need to provide us with your personal email address and corresponding login credentials for the purpose of verifying your identity in accordance
1.2 Circumstances which may require you to authorize us to collect and use your personal information.
In order to enable you to better enjoy the control and management of smart devices provided by the platform, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional features. If you do not provide personal information, you can still use the basic services, but may not use the additional features that will bring you convenience. The additional features include user feedback, device sharing,application and firmware upgrades, etc..
1.2.1 When you provide feedback, we may collect the issues you reported, images you added, and other information to better understand the problems you encountered.
1.2.2 When you need to share the device with others, we will ask you to provide the email addresses of others, so that you can grant permission to share the account.
1.2.3 In order to provide you with more convenient and better products and/or services, you can complete your personal information, including your nickname and photo.
1.2.4 In order to provide you with the latest services, we may use your application version information and phone model to offer you application upgrade services. Additionally, we may collect the list of connected smart devices and their version information to provide you with device upgrade features, ensuring that you can use the latest version of services, including firmware versions.You can enable or disable upgrades at any time in the app's "Settings" - "Device Upgrade" section.
1.2.5 In order to accurately identify and promptly help you resolve issues, you may use the "Upload Logs" feature to submit information including your access date and time, operation time, usage frequency, and overall usage situation.
Please note that device information or log information alone cannot identify specific individuals. However, if such non-personal information is combined with other information that can be used to identify specific individuals, such information will be treated as personal data. Unless we obtain your consent or as otherwise required by data protection laws and regulations, we will aggregate or anonymize such information.
1.2.6 We support the interconnection function among smart devices through setting specific rules. In order to enjoy this feature, we may collect the home location information and precise location information set in the geofencing feature, rules set for smart scenes, sleep schedule settings, and specified device status settings, in order to execute device functions according to the commands you specify. Please rest assured that this feature requires you to set rules and enable it voluntarily, and it can be turned off.
1.3 Information automatically collected by us
To provide our products and services, we must collect some information automatically, which helps us to ensure that our products and services are operating correctly.
1.3.1 Information collected when you use our services. When you download or use WonderFree, we may read the information related to your mobile device, including the hardware model, IMEI number or other unique device identifiers, MAC address, IP address, operating system version, and language used.
1.3.2 Information collected when you use smart devices.
1.3.2.1 We collect information about smart devices, including the name, model, ID, online status, activation time, IP address, device SN, device MAC address, SIM card information of the device firmware versionand upgrade information. Depending on the smart devices you choose to connect to our services, we may collect different information reported by your smart devices.
1.3.2.2 For the smart devices connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID , Wi-Fi password and MAC address of the WiFi device).
1.3.2.3 For the smart devices connected via Wi-Fi after a local connection is established via Bluetooth: Wi-Fi information (SSID , Wi-Fi password and MAC address of the WiFi device) .
1.3.3 To provide you with push service, including sending notifications about software updates or fault alerts, and system notifications, you consent to us collecting information about your device (such as IMEI or OAID, SN, IMSI, User ID, Android ID, Google Advertising ID, mobile phone region setting, device model, phone battery, phone operating system version and language), information of the applications that allow push service (such as App package name and version and running status), network information (such as IP address or domain name, connection result and current network type), message sending result, notification bar status (such as notification bar permission and your clicking behaviors), screen lock status (such as whether the screen is locked or whether the screen lock notification is allowed).
1.4 Request device permission
Please note that if you enable any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. Once you disable any permission and cancel your authorization, we will not continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the corresponding services. However, your decision to disable your permissions will not affect any information previously collected and used based on your authorization.
To help you better manage your information, we will inform you of the purpose of the permission when requesting permissions during the product usage process. Meanwhile, you can change the authorization settings at any time through the permissions settings page on your device or the "Settings" page in the WonderFree app.
The following are details of the relevant functions and permissions for reference:
1.4.1 Read and write external storage (Android): Used to read and write photos and files on the device in features such as scanning and user feedback.
1.4.2 Read and write album storage (Android and iOS): Used to identify and read the photo in user feedback and save photos.
1.4.3 Location permission (Android and iOS): Used to identify the region, find nearby smart devices and the attached WLAN list.
1.4.4 Camera permission (Android and iOS): Used to scan QR codes for device binding and other features.
1.4.5 Enable Bluetooth permission (Android and iOS): Used to connect the Bluetooth signal emitted by the device for device communication.
1.4.6 Enable WLAN permission (Android and iOS): Used to configure device Wi-Fi for device communication.
1.4.7 Microphone (Android, iOS versions): Used for music rhythm operations on smart devices.
1.4.8 Notification permission (Android, iOS versions): Used for system notifications, device alarms, etc.
1.5 We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (for example, when we temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, or security, privacy or administrative-related communications). You may not opt out of these service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature.
1.6 If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing us with such personal information. If any personal information about a minor is involved, you must obtain consent from the minor's guardian before publication, in which case the guardian has the right to contact us in the way provided in Article 8 of this Policy to request correction or deletion of the content relating to the minor's personal information.
We will obtain your consent in advance if we intend to use the information for other purposes not specified in this statement, if we intend to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your information from third parties.
2 How We Share and Publicly Disclose Your Information
2.1 We do not sell any personal information to third parties. To provide you with the products and services described in this Policy, we may share your personal information with our third-party service providers and business partners when necessary. Anysmart will conduct due diligence and enter into contracts to ensure that the third-party service providers comply with the applicable privacy protection laws in your jurisdiction. 2.2 Note that some of the features in WonderFree are provided by the third party we cooperate with (hereinafter referred to as "SDK Provider") in the form of SDK plug-ins. The SDK Provider will obtain corresponding permissions and information based on the requirements for providing features or services to you. For details, you can read WonderFree Third-party Information Sharing and SDK List to know how the third-party SDK processes your personal information.
2.3 Share with our affiliates: To provide you with better services or protect the personal and property safety of Anysmart affiliates, other users or the public from infringement, your information may be shared among Anysmart affiliates. We will only share your personal information among our affiliates for specific, explicit and legal purposes stated in this Policy, and will only share the information necessary to provide the services. However, for the information shared with the affiliates, we will require the affiliates to take protective measures no less than the effect of this Policy and strictly abide by the relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. If the affiliates want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they need to request your authorization and consent again.
2.4 Law enforcement agencies, public bodies or other judicial bodies and organizations.We will disclose the information if we are required by law or if we believe in good faith that the disclosure is reasonable and necessary to address the following:

3 How We Store Your Information
We retain personal information for such period as is necessary for the purposes for which the information is collected as described in this Policy or as required by applicable laws. After the purpose of collecting personal information is completed, or after we confirm your application for information deletion and account cancellation or after a product or service terminates its operation, we will stop retaining personal information and delete or anonymize it. If the personal information collection is for public interest, scientific, historical research or statistics, we will continue to retain the relevant data based on the applicable law, even if further data processing is not related to the original purpose of collection.
4 How We Protect Your Information
4.1 We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss by industry standards. For example, we adopt SSL protocol to encrypt and protect your data exchanged between your browser and server; meanwhile, we provide secure browsing to Anysmart platforms over HTTPS; we use encryption technology to improve the security of personal information; we use the trusted protection mechanisms to protect personal information from malicious attacks; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only the authorized personnel can access your personal information, and we conduct security and privacy training courses to strengthen the employee’s awareness of the importance of personal information protection.
4.2 The Internet is not absolutely secure and we strongly recommend you not to send your information by using the communication methods not recommended by Anysmart when using a product or service of Anysmart. You can connect and share information with each other through our services. When you create communications, conduct transactions or share information through our services, you can choose who you communicate with, trade with or share with as a third party that can view your transaction information, contact details, exchanged information or shared content.
4.3 Once a user information security incident occurs, we will inform you under the requirements of laws and regulations of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or are about to take, the advice you can choose on preventing and reducing risks, remedies for you and so on. We will inform you of the event by emails, letters, phone calls, push notifications or other means. If it is difficult to notify each Data Subject of the incidents, we will take a reasonable and effective way to make announcements. At the same time, we will also report the handling of user information security incidents under the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.
4.4 Our information security policies and procedures are designed concerning international standards and regularly pass third-party audits to verify the effectiveness of security measures. We have obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for information security management systems (ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification for personal information management systems (PIMS).
5 Your Rights

5.2 Rectify/Correct your personal information

5.3 Erase/Delete your personal information
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data by in the way stated in Article 8.
5.4 Right to data portability
The right to data portability requires us to provide you with your a copy of your personal data in electronic format and, where possible, to transmit it directly to the data controller. If you need our help, you can contact us in the way stated in Article 8.
5.5 Cancel account
The account cancellation is permanent. Please operate with caution. If you need, you can delete/cancel your account via the following paths:

5.5.3 After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information according to your request.

As far as our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
We will protect your right to withdraw your consent in the following ways:
5.6.1 As mentioned above, you can withdraw your consent in [My] - [System Settings] - [System Permission Management]. The permissions include location permission, camera permission, album (picture library/video library) permission, microphone permission and Bluetooth permission.
5.6.2 You can turn off the push of notifications, alerts and messages which you have agreed to in [My] - [Push Settings].

5.7 Right to objection of processing
You have the right, at any time, to object to us processing your personal data on grounds elating to your particular situation and the right to object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes. You can exercise this right by contacting us in the way provided in Article 8.
5.8 Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data. You can exercise this right by contacting us in the way provided in Article 8.
6 Data Transfer
We are a global organization with legal entities, business processes and technical systems that operate across national borders. The information we collect is stored and processed on cloud servers in Europe and other parts of the world. To facilitate our operations, we may transfer, store and process your personal information in jurisdictions other than where you live. Laws in these countries may differ from the laws appliable to your country of residence. For instance, if you are a European economic Area(EEA) data subject and your personal information is shared with our affiliates, partners, or third-party service providers acting on our behalf outside of the EEA, then it is done pursuant to necessary means to ensure an adequate level of protection. Note that personal information collected and generated during our operations in the mainland of the People's Republic of China will be stored in our data centers in Chinese Mainland, except which is permitted to be transmitted across borders.

7 How We Protect the Information of Minors
Our service is primarily intended for adults. but for the children who use our services, we have additional procedures and measures in place to keep children's data secure. We consider minors under the age of 14 (or the age specified by local law) as children. In the case of collecting personal data of children with parental consent, we will only use or disclose the information of minors that we collect legally to the public if permitted by law, with the express consent of the parents or the legal guardian necessary for protecting the minors.
